Q: I am in search of a heart shaped waffle iron that makes soft, not crispy waffles. I am not interested in Belgium waffles but don't want them to come out too thin which I have read about some other brands. What is the thickness of the waffles in this waffle maker? Have there been complaints about the waffles coming out too thin? Thanks Kim

A: We do not have a measurement on the thickness of the waffle. The thickness and the crispness of the waffle would depend on the amount of batter used and the ingredients in the batter. If you are looking for a softer waffle I would recommend using a lot of real butter and buttermilk in your batter.
