The CucinaPro Imperia Home Pasta Machine will create fresh pasta right in your own home. Make 1/16” thin spaghetti and 1/4” wide fettuccine noodles with the 6” wide roller and double cutter head. The easy-lock adjustment dial and wood grip handle with make using this pasta maker easy. This CucinaPro Imperia Home Pasta Machine has optional attachments sold separately to create a large variety of noodle styles. The Imperia Home Pasta Machine is made of chrome plated steel.

Works Great - This Cucina Pro pasta maker is great. Have had no problems and it does a fantastic job. Making great pasta is easy with this pasta maker.

Good machine, but could be designed better - The pasta maker works well but why doesn't the handle securely fasten to the unit? It keeps falling off when I am rolling out the pasta dough. I also wish that it was easier to secure to a countertop. Other than these design issues ,the Cucina Pro pasta maker does what it was made to do.

Makes Great Pasta! - This Cucina Pro pasta maker works great, makes good, fresh and healthy pasta. The only thing I don't like about it is that you cannot place the pasta machine in water to wash it or it will rust. It is stated clearly in the instructions, not to wash in water, only wipe the unit down. Otherwise, the CucinaPro should last a lifetime.

BETTER THAN NONE - NEED 3 OR 4 HANDS , BUT COMES OUT GREAT . I WOULD GET THE ELECTRIC PART IF YOU HAVE NO HELP. ALSO SECURE PASTA MAKER TIGHT TO TABLE AND PUT IT IN THE RIGHT DIRRECTION TO LEAVE ROOM FOR THE DOUGH AS IT GETS VERY LONG AS YOU ROLL IT .

Pasta Time! - Great machine. Works like a charm. We have used this pasta machine at least once a month since we bought it. Nothing like homemade pasta! Make sure you have somewhere to connect the clamp to and check out the attachments if you want to make any pasta besides linguine and spaghetti.
