Too much work - I received this as a gift. Makes cute ravioli but its too small and the filling smashes out due to the solid back design. I have made ravioli several times with a larger mold that has no back. (basically a cutout frame). Thought I would try this but its not worth the trouble if its the only frame you are using... If you just wanna make a few for fun its probably OK once you get the hang of how little filling you need and really dust the frame with flour so they don't stick.
