This CucinaPro Imperia Raviolamp will make 24 perfect square ravioli. Each ravioli mold is 1.25” and when it’s cooked it will be .75”. The Raviolamp includes the perfect size wooden rolling pin. The steel and aluminum mold will make fresh, healthy, and delicious ravioli right in your own home. This pasta cutter is perfect for any pasta lover’s kitchen.

Too much work - I received this as a gift. Makes cute ravioli but its too small and the filling smashes out due to the solid back design. I have made ravioli several times with a larger mold that has no back. (basically a cutout frame). Thought I would try this but its not worth the trouble if its the only frame you are using... If you just wanna make a few for fun its probably OK once you get the hang of how little filling you need and really dust the frame with flour so they don't stick.
