Fine when it works Review by Guest
Rating We have had this wine fridge for three years. About a year and a half ago the fan starting making a loud humming sound. I have cleaned the fan a removed a rattling screw that was causing the sound around 8-10 moths ago. Today I reached for a bottle of wine and it was about 85 degrees! I have kept my nicest bottles in this cooler and they were all warm to hot, and I am not sure for how long. It could be up to a week! The product is fine when it works, but is not built to last for more than 18 months or so. Now that I know when it finally dies it pumps in hot air, I would never buy this product or recommend it. It may have just ruined nearly $1000 of my wine that was purchased on a recent trip to France. Very disappointed. (Posted on 2/23/13)
One HUGE problem and one small problem. Review by Guest
Rating If your electric goes off -- even for one second -- this wine cooler turns off and does not turn back on. You have to manually turn it back on. Imagine if your refrigerator turned off and stayed off each time the lights flickered.
Next, it only holds very standard shaped bottles. Some wine bottles are either too fat or too tall to fit. (Posted on 6/13/09)
