Customer Questions:
Q: Will this electric grater grate BAKERS CHOCOLATE in very small pieces to be used in baking.
A: This grater should work fine for this!
Q: How long does this cheese grater hold a charge?
A: 20 minutes of continuous run time!
Q: Is this grater powerful enough to grate/shred raw vegetables like beets and carrots?
A: Yes you can use this grater to shred raw vegetables such as beats and carrots. You would need to use the Shredding Drum for these vegetables.
Q: Will the electric grater slice pie apples?
A: The Cuisinart Electric Grater's manual states "The Cuisinart® Cordless Rechargeable Multi-Grater allows you to shred vegetables, slice fruits and grate your favorite
cheese or chocolate with just the change of a drum." This grater is not very large though, so you will probably need to cut the apple into quarters or smaller, depending on the apple size, prior to slicing.

Q: I had a Stroke and am partially paralyzed on the right side. Is this usable with only one-hand?
A: Yes, it can be, but it will be hard. You'll have to cut the pieces smaller, so that they will fit all the way into the grater and leave it closed enough for one handed use. It will also be difficult to assemble one handed.
