By combining the large 14" round skillet with their Green Gourmet features they created an electric skillet that is a must have for your kitchen. The non stick cooking surface is constructed of Ceramica nonstick, a petroleum-free ceramic-based cooking surface. Now you can create all your favorite dishes with enough for the whole family without worry of harmful contaminants. Cuisinart backs this non stick Green Gourmet electric skillet with a 3 year warranty.
