The Stainless Steel Griddler is Cuisinart's latest addition to the Griddler line. This unit is very versatile being able to switch between grill (panini) plates or flat griddle plates. The grill plates can be used for paninis, grilled meats and vegetables while the griddle plates allow you to whip up breakfast foods, rough chopped potatoes, or even fish fillets. You can use the Griddler for all these different functions thanks to the floating hinge that also allows the unit to fold open and flat. When the grill is open you can double the cooking surface and even cook with different plates on the open sides. If you want to fry potatoes have the griddle plate on one open side, and grill cajun spiced chicken opposite with ease. Whether you decide to grill or griddle you can rest assured the fat is draining away from your food guaranteeing healthier meals for the whole family. Cleanup with the Cuisinart Griddler is a breeze with the stainless steel finish that easily wipes clean and the dishwasher safe plates and accessories.
