Simply attach the pasta maker to the front of your mixer, load the fresh pasta dough and cut the pasta to your desired length. Since this pasta maker is dishwasher safe fresh pasta is even easier! This Cuisinart attachment fits all mixers that begin with SM-70 and SM-55. This is sold as the attachment only and a Cuisinart mixer must be purchased separately.
