Cuisinart's Porcelain Tea Pot is really in a class all its own. This porcelain on steel tea kettle has a built in gauge that informs you of the precise temperature. This precise reading is crucial to creating the perfect cup of tea. Since all tea is brewed at different temperatures the PerfecTemp tea kettle provides optimum results with no guess work. The temperature gauge is clearly marked with the best temperature for Oolong, Green, White, Black, and Herb teas as well as a mark for coffee. Since there are so many types of tea it is important that the water temperature match the type. This precise temperature control is not just for flavor but extraction as well. When used correctly this Cuisinart tea kettle can ensure that all the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and of course flavor are extracted to the fullest.
This tea kettle is available in 3 different colors from Cuisinart red, white, and black. All of these colors come in a glossy finish so they can truly shine in any kitchen. Cuisinart designed these tea kettles with a iron core and porcelain finish. The iron core provides quick and even heat distribution while the porcelain provides a great look.
