The Cuisinart Elite food processor collection is the latest addition to the food processor line from Cuisinart. This 12 Cup Elite food processor has set the standard for the next generation of home food prep. The FP-12 is packed full of features, including the additional 4 cup work bowl, adjustable slicing disc, and the shredding disc. With multiple food processor bowls at your disposal you can have two units in one. The 4 cup mini bowl can be used for chopping, mincing or dicing smaller batches more efficiently. Then when you use the large 12 Cup work bowl the true ability of the Elite food processor shines through. With the included blades you can choose between 6 different slicing thicknesses, 2 different shredding consistencies, and 2 different chopping blades (one for the 4 cup bowl).
