Q: Does this have Dual blades for mixing like the Zojirushi? Also, does this have an option to prepare the dough only and then remove it to be baked in the oven? Mrs Green
A: No, this does not have dual blades like the Zojirushi. Yes, you can do the dough only option on this. When you hear the audible tone for add-ins, this is when you can just remove it from the bread maker and finish in the oven.

So far I've tried three of the included recipes, White Bread, Carrot Cake Bread and the Cherry Bounce Jam. All received rave reviews. My partner e-mailed me this am to tell me he was "bounced out". He ate all the jam (Cherry Bounce) in one sitting. He said he couldn't help himself! Anyway a quality product, I'm looking forward to making consistently delicious bread.
