Cuisinart Prep 7®, 7 Cup Food Processor Overview
The DLC-2007N (Prep 7®) is the latest 7 Cup food processor that Cuisinart has added to it's lineup. The Prep 7® is equipped with multiple features that make it easy to use while retaining the processors versatility. The unit is sized to be easy to handle yet still has a work bowl that handles up to 7 cups of ingredients. It processes the ingredients using a powerful induction motor designed by Cuisinart just for this unit. With the induction motor the Prep 7® can work and knead heavy dough without breaking a sweat.
This 7 cup food processor features a wide mouth feed tube for processing whole fruits and vegetables, saving you the time of cutting them down. The feed tube of the Prep 7® has both large and small pushers to accommodate every item that fits the feed neck. Once you feed your fruit, vegetable, meat, or cheese you can chop, shred, french, grind, or mix it using the variety of blades available. The many blades that fit this Cuisinart 7 cup food processor are available for purchase separately to increase the units versatility. Stainless steel blades are included with the Prep 7®, the medium shredding, 4mm slicing, and chopping/mixing blades are all in the box. Cuisinart also includes a dough blade with the processor designed for kneading and manipulating up to 2 pounds of bread.

 Love This Food Processor -
I bought this model and I am very satisfied with it. I already used it and I love it. Very easy to change the blades and very easy to clean.

Overall very satisfied with this Cuisinart Food Processor model. I teach cooking classes and it has not failed to impress. Very good value for money compared to the more expensive Cuisinart Food Processor models. Very large feeder tube is a plus. The only bug i have with this food processor is that one cannot clean inside the handle which tends to accumulate dried food particles. If you buy this food processor, clean the handle by directing a good strong jet of water immediately after use; don't let food matter dry inside it.
