Works Well - We have started making ice cream every few days. It tastes so good and we are ensured that the ingredients are fresh and natural. We have used it to make many different flavors of ice cream. We have even used it to make caffeine free cola slushies. Before buying this mixer I did read it is noisy. We opted to use it in the dining room. I do not believe it is any noisier than a dishwasher or stand mixer. The only problem we have experienced is opening in the lid is small for adding some ingredients. It works, but it can be messy if you are not careful.
