Q: I want pizzelles with the "points" around the edge. Does this one make the points or is the edge of the pizzelle smooth?

 Great Cookies -
I only used 3x and on my 3rd time the clip that holds unit shut melted and broke. Only had 2 weeks. Unfortunate because the cookies came out perfect.

 Have had burn out issues -
I loved my Cusiinart Pizzelle maker,until just before the year warranty it stopped working, leaving me with a batch of batter, luckily Bed bath and Beyond had one in stock, however, almost a year to date,once again same problem, but this time now to be found locally, and still have batter in refrig, hoping to get a new one via internet purchase.

 Perfect Pizzelles -
This is my fifth pizzelle maker and it is the best. I make chocolate Pizzelles and in the past they have always stuck to the iron, but not with my cuisinart pizzelle press.

This is the easiest and most wonderful pizzelle baker EVER, it basically does the work for you, I enjoy my cuisinart pizzelle electric baker very very much, in the book that comes with it is recipes which I tried and WA-LA those recipes are what I use now, great tasting...
