Cuisinart Greengourmet - I am the proud owner of these pans. THEY ARE WONDERFUL! One must use low to med. heat only, not high heat. They wash beautifully with a touch of your dishwashing liquid and a soft dishcloth. I have 2 of the frypans, both large and small and want the whole set! Best of all, no oils, butter, etc. needed. I make my veggie burgers and eggs each a.m. and they turn out perfect! Best of all they are PFOA AND PTFE FREE! CANCER CAUSING AGENTS FOUND IN TEFLON AND COATED PANS.
