GREAT WHEN WORKING - I love how this little machine grinds nuts, chops parsley, herbs, spices , makes tarter sauce, and small amounts of whatever. The big problem is that I have to replace the work bowl, container, or motor about once a year. Irritating but I buy a new one as i miss it when I don't have one ,

Great little chopper - I do a lot of cooking and use this Cuisinart Food Chopper just about every day. It does quick work on garlic, herbs, shallots - anything that you need 1 or 2 tablespoons minced for a recipe. The bowl and blade are dishwasher safe. The Cuisinart Food Chopper part wipes clean with a damp dishcloth. An indispensable tool in my kitchen!
