Cuisinart's HM-50 Hand Mixer is a great all around hand mixer that can perform a wide variety of tasks. This hand mixer is equipped with 5 speeds for everything from meringue to cheesecakes. This mixer can perform these functions thanks to an automatic power boost that the motor is given when the mixer is under a heavy load. To change speeds on this Cuisinart you can slide the adjuster to quickly whip, mix, or fold ingredients together.
