This deluxe dual-surface food grater is part of Cuisipro's SGT line, meaning it incorporates their patent-pending Surface Glide Technology. Each grater in the SGT product line has shallow grooves along the stainless-steel cutting surface, which are said to provide easier and more numerous cuts. This Cuisipro SGT Deluxe Dual Grater has two unique cutting surfaces: a coarse side for most cheeses and vegetables, and a fine side for citrus zest, parmesan, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Integrated, slidable plastic cover slips over one surface while the other is in use. Cuisipro strives to produce products that work well and are aesthetically pleasing.
