Quit working after 2 weeks! - This machine was great while it lasted, but $576 for 2 weeks is ridiculous. More ridiculous was the "customer care" (DeLonghi's words)that I received! FIVE attempts to get help before they finally replied to inform me that I must locate a service center, CALL said service center to be sure they were happy to do the work, and pay the shipping. Never buying a DeLonghi product again!
