Deni Quick-n-Easy Convection Oven

The Deni Convection Oven’s hot air circulation makes baked goods rise higher, while meats sear quickly on the outside, sealing in juices. Cook your food in less time, saving you money in electricity with this convection oven. The hot air will circulate around the food to cook faster and more evenly. Use both racks to cook an entire meal at one time. The racks are removable for your convenience.

This Deni Convection Oven is quick and easy to use. Decrease your cooking time up to 30 percent by using this convention oven. The Deni Convention Oven has an Arcopal® Glass Bowl and upper and lower racks. The convection oven includes a lid with a timer and tongs to remove the racks. This Deni Convection Oven is no larger than a standard microwave. The convection oven has a large 10.4quart capacity bowl.

- The inside dimensions of the glass bowl for Deni Quick-n-Easy Convection Oven is 12" in
  diameter and the height from the inside bottom of the bowl to the top
  edge is 6 1/4".

- I believe I received a few recipes (book). I bought this a few years ago & haven't used it yet. I was wondering if you could email me how to use. We eat a lot of chicken. Thank you. How would I cook a small roast? Any advice will help me.

I bought my Deni Convection Oven on special and it was worth every penny. I have family of four and everything I cook in this (rice, chicken, french fries) comes out very juicy & nice. I don't like the results though for baking since it seems like something missing (maybe I need to keep experimenting) but I like it very much & the fact that when done it stops & doesn't overcook. I go shopping or shower leaving food behind knowing it will be done nice & cooked when I will be done thats an awesome feeling. (Posted on 1/6/09)
