The Dualit Hand Mixer 88520 has 5 speeds. With easy storage features this Dualit Hand Mixer’s power cord winds into the rear cap for a more tidy appearance. The Dualit Hand Mixer has a powerful 300 watt motor and rotational speed of 540 rpm to 1200 rpm. This Hand Mixer comes with a variety of attachments, one balloon whisk, two oversized flat beaters, and two dough hooks. The beater ejection button makes it easy to remove the beaters when you are finished. The Dualit Hand Mixer’s easy grip handle will keep this Hand Mixer from slipping out of your grasp. A high performance mixer that is seamlessly quiet and has a commercial certificate and been UL Approved.

Dualit Hand Mixer Includes one pair of multipurpose flat beaters, one pair of dough hooks, and one balloon whisk to help you with all your mixing jobs. Whisk egg whites, knead bread dough or create the perfect mashed potato, you can do it all with this Dualit Hand Mixer.

Mrs. B of Pgh., PA - This product is mostly good. The style & features are as advertised. One small problem is there is not a "slow speed" on this mixer. I love the power for regular mixing & whipping, but if you need to mix something at a slower speed there isn't one.
