This nylon black nylon spoon contains measuring guides so you can spoon out, or mix in, the perfect amount at 1tablesoon, 1/8, and, 1/4 cup measurements. The Epicurean Spoon head is heat resistant up to 400 degrees F while the wooden handle is heat resistant up to 350 degree F. The composite wood handle is coated in a food safe resin to create a nonporous surface making it easier to keep clean.
