Q: I prefer to weigh rather then measure when baking. My current scale sucks. I need one which is accurate using grams. Is the Escale 2210g really accurate?

A: I personally have not used this particular Escali scale, though I do own an Escali Primo scale, and use it for soap making. It seemed highly accurate, as it would change the measurement with the slightest amount taken away or added, and is very easy to switch between grams/pounds. The Escali Alta is also supposed to weigh in grams or pounds, and after my experience with Escali, I would trust any scale that they make.
