This scale levels them all! - Seriously, this is an accurate digital scale with liquid/volume measure capability. I've had other digital scales that fluctuate and wiggle when i'm trying to measure. The Escali scale is very true in calculating a final reading. I really really like this kitchen scale.

Escali Scale is very accurate - I've had this Escali kitchen scale for over a year now, and it is still running off the same 9V battery that came with it.. It scales accurately. It's very good for getting the exact baking formulas as required. I use it everyday.
