A: You can get the filters for this coffee maker from the Espressione Service Center at 201-439-1700 and tell them that you need them for this particular model, and they should be able to help you. However, you do not have to use filters in your coffee maker, it just makes the coffee taste a little better when you do use them.

Q: I have had my coffee maker Espressione CM 475 for approximately 2 years. We love the coffee maker. It has worked fine without any problems (other than having to make sure the pot is pushed in all the way, cant trust it to walk away that it wont overflow). Anyway, I went to make a pot of coffee this morning and it just sits there and wont do anything. I have cleaned it religiously, I have taken great care of this coffee maker and it just wont brew. The timer, the clock, and the power buttons lights work just fine. I press the power button twice to start instantly brewing and it wont work, just sits there cold. Even the "program" wont initiate it to start. What is wrong with it? We only brew it on the weekends. After all the month we paid for this coffee pot I am extremely disappointed, my Mr Coffee lasted better than this! Please help.
