Very Bad - This Espressione Espresso Maker has a poor design. Delonghi is much better product for the price. Looks good but doesn't work. Coffee is irregular and cold. Messy unit. Do not purchase.

Great Machine - This is a great espresso machine. Easy to use. I have one in both my house and office. Mostly use the one in office. Great to be able to have a fresh cup at the moment I want it. Clean up is easy. Removing the brew unit is simple and the associated parts. Service is quick and professional. Highly recommend this unit.
