The Economy Excalibur 2500 Dehydrator is great for small families, small gardens or specialty gardens. Excalibur Food and fruit Dehydrators offer the ultimate in versatility, with removable door and trays, a must in order to use every other tray or no trays at all, allowing you to dry large items, make yogurt, bloom rice, raise breads, make jerky, dry crafts, dry pie crust, dry sprouted breads and more.
