Fat Daddios Bakeware is made from extremely strong anodized aluminum. The anodized aluminum will not allow food to be discolored or soak ingredients from the pan. The anodizing process makes it impossible for the raw aluminum to pass onto your food. Since the anodized aluminum is a slicker surface it is still recommended that you grease the pan. All pans are recommended hand wash only and are all made with different gauge aluminum. Remember Fat Daddio's is the leader in pans from big to small for home or commercial application.
