These bread pans are manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the toughest commercial bakeries and foodservice establishments. Each pan is crafted from heavy-gauge aluminized steel, a 3 ply material consisting of two layers of touch corrosion resistant 3003 aluminum alloy around the durability, strength, and superior heat conduction of carbon steel. The bread pans frame is supported by a thick, coated reinforcing wire to give the pan additional strength and insure greater durability. The majority of FOCUS bakeware items are offered with a silicone coating that provides easy release of baked products.

Q: I need to know the sizes of bread pans that yield 1.5 pound loaves. Could you list all the model numbers and I could look them up on your web site. Thank you.

A: The bread pans that we currently carry that will make approximately 1 1/2 pound loaves of bread are as follows: 904935 909415 904945 904955 904405 Focus has a bread pan that they call a 1 1/2 pound loaf pan, and this particular bread pan's dimensions are 10" 5" x 3". Please keep that in mind when looking at the bread pans above, as some of them are slightly larger than those dimensions, so may yield a slightly larger loaf. Also, homemade bread tends to weigh more than commercially produced bread for the same volume, so please keep that in mind as well when selecting which bread pan is right for you.
