About Focus Heavy Duty Commercial Bread Pans:
These bread pans are manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the toughest commercial bakeries and foodservice establishments. Each pan is crafted from heavy-gauge aluminized steel, a 3 ply material consisting of two layers of touch corrosion resistant 3003 aluminum alloy around the durability, strength, and superior heat conduction of carbon steel. The bread pans frame is supported by a thick, coated reinforcing wire to give the pan additional strength and insure greater durability. The majority of FOCUS bakeware items are offered with a silicone coating that provides easy release of baked products.

- I am looking to make mini whoopie pies with a muffin top pan. Would this Focus Hamburger Bun Pan work for that? How large is each individual cup on the pan?
- The Focus Hamburger Bun Pan #902345 would definitely work for making Whoopies. Each individual cup is tapered so the bottom circumference is 3 5/8" and the top circumference is 4 1/4". Each individual cup is 1/2" deep. The overall hamburger pan size is quite large. The measurement is 19.5" x 28 3/4" x 1 1/8".
