The Frieling 6-1/2 quart Pressure Cooker with Timer is made by Sitram France, who have been making pressure cookers for over 30 years. This pressure cooker is not like other cookers. It features a snap close lid, instead of ridges or groves, to seal the cooker. This allows for an easy close and open lid. Simply twist the lid a quarter turn and it will open or close. This Frieling Sitram Pressure Cooker also features a removable timer, which allows you to not be stuck around your pressure cooker the entire time it's cooking. The Frieling 6-1/2 Quart Sitram Pressure Cooker with Timer comes with a 3-ply bottom, and is constructed out of stainless steel. The 3-ply bottom allows for the Frieling Sitram 6-1/2 Quart Pressure Cooker to be used on induction stovetops. Frieling offers a 15 year warranty on their 6.5 Quart Pressure Cooker.
