 Disappointment -
I purchased this Gaggia espresso machine for the Gaggia name, but regret that it does not measure up. I am fairly experience at making espresso and own a quality burr grinder, but cannot get this espresso machine to produce crema. The boiler is loud while warming up for steaming and the cup warmer does not get hot, while the front of the Gaggia espresso machine gets very hot. Very poor design.
