Globe Thermostatic Control Countertop 24" Gas Griddle
Globe's 24" griddle features a 480 sq in cooking surface that is 3/4" thick, ensuring and even heat transfer over the cooking surface allowing predictable cooking times and results. The griddle plate features a highly polished finish for easy cooking and cleaning. Globe welds the thick griddle plate to the stainless steel frame providing a support system that will stand up to years of use. This gas griddle has a dual 30,000 BTU stainless steel U-shaped burners providing even heat control with a flame every 6". This stainless steel griddle has two controls (one per burner) meaning you can create more dishes on one griddle without compromising heat levels. A great feature that Globe has equipped their gas griddles with is the LP conversion kit that is included with every unit allowing these units to fit any kitchen.
