Globe's 48" commercial griddle features a large cooking area that is highly polished stainless steel, allowing consistent cooking and years of use. The stainless plate is 3/4" thick on this commercial griddle so you won't need to worry about warping or other over heating issues and it will disperse heat excellently. Globe constructs this unit from stainless steel, from the legs up this unit is stainless. This quality construction is just what you would expect from Globe and they deliver with this commercial griddle. This stainless steel griddle has four temperature controls (one per burner) meaning you can create more dishes on one griddle without compromising heat levels. A great feature that Globe has equipped their gas griddles with is the LP conversion kit that is included with every unit allowing these units to fit any kitchen.
