Each burner has a temperature control allowing you to slowly cook vegetable skewers on one end and hard sear a steak on the other without worry. This countertop charbroiler is set up as char rock heat but can be used with any combination of char rock, lava rock and radiant with available accessories. With stainless steel construction from the legs up, to the cast iron grill plates and the Globe name standing behind it you can rest assured this charbroiler will meet any kitchens needs.
