This NEW 36 inch commercial electric griddle from Globe has a cooking surface over 465 square inches and features dual temperature controls for consistent even cooking every time. The temperature is thermostatically controlled with one thermostat every 12" to keep the temperature steady which allows for predictable, precise cooking and with either 2700W or 3600W heating elements are quick to heat. This unit has a stainless steel splash guard and body to make cleaning easy and quick.
