Globes burners are stainless steel and U-style providing a flame every 6 inches for a nice even heat across the grill surface. The grill plates are constructed of heavy duty cast iron that can be reversed to either straight or angled and have a drip flavor edge to cook the flavor into any dish. This unit comes set up as a char rock heat but can easily be converted to use char rock, lava rock, radiant or any combination of rock / radiant.
