Globe Countertop 15" Gas Griddle - Manual Control
Simple, predictable, reliable. While this griddle doesn't have fancy bells and whistles, this workhorse will perform day in and day out. This 15" griddle features a 3/4" thick griddle plate that has been polished easing clean up and reducing food stick. Globe welds the thick stainless steel griddle plate to the stainless steel frame providing a rigid support system for years of use. This gas griddle has a single 30,000 BTU stainless steel U-shaped burner providing even heat control with a flame every 6". A great feature that Globe has equipped their gas griddles with is the LP conversion kit that is included with every unit allowing these units to fit every kitchen.
