The Globe 3600PF is an all stainless gear driven food slicer. Featuring a 13" hardened alloy steel serrated knife for clean cuts and effortless slicing through frozen product, when coupled with the 1/2 HP 7 amp gear driven knife it will easily slice through tough product. The high performance gear drive was specifically designed for this type of application. A precise thickness adjustment ensures consistency which improves product yield. An EZ-Glide adjustable table specifically designed to reduce surface friction results in a smooth slicing stroke. A knife cover interlock and permanently attached knife ring guard improve operator safety during cleaning, this unit also features 58% more base clearance for exceptional cleanability. The permanently attached metal knife sharpener maintains proper alignment for consistent sharpening. Additional features include a 3 lb. stainless steel end weight, full 45 degree gravity feed food chute, slice thickness from tissue thin up to 1 1/4" thick, and a cleaning brace. Since these food slicers are built to order please allow up to a week lead time before shipment.
