Globe Commercial Mixer - 40 Quart

This Globe mixer features a gear driven, high torque transmission with heat treated and hardened steel gears and shafts. This powerful commercial mixer is equipped with a permanently lubricated transmission allowing it to easily mixes all types of products while improving reliability. The Globe mixer’s rigid cast iron body ensures years of mixer durability. The Globe Commercial Mixer #12 attachment hub allows for this mixer to be used for everything from grating and slicing to grinding meat. This commercial floor mixer comes complete with a 40 quart commercial mixer stainless steel bowl, flat beater, wire whip, and spiral dough hook.
