This Globe 8 Qt. commercial stand mixer features a gear driven, high torque transmission with heat treated, hardened steel gears and shafts allowing it to easily mix all types of products as well as improve it's reliability. This Globe commercial mixer’s rigid cast aluminum body ensures years of mixer durability. This 8 Qt. commercial mixer would work well in any setting from a small bakery to a pizzeria. This stand mixer comes with everything needed to start mixing including an 8 quart stainless steel bowl, a flat beater, wire whip, and spiral dough hook.
