Globe Products - 60 Quart Pizza Dough Mixer

This Globe mixer features a gear driven, high torque transmission with heat treated and hardened steel gears and shafts. The Globe Commercial mixer's power train is equipped with an oil bath transmission allowing it to easily mix all types of products while improving reliability. The 60 Quart mixer is the perfect pizza dough mixer with a drive train specifically designed for pizza operations. This Commercial pizza dough mixer is able to mix a 75 lb. batch of dough with ease. The pizza dough mixer’s rigid cast iron body ensures years of mixer durability. The #12 Globe mixer attachment hub allows this commercial mixer to be used for everything from grating and slicing to grinding meats. The Globe commercial mixer comes complete with a 60 quart stainless steel Globe mixer bowl, spiral dough hook and a bowl truck.
