This floor mixer's power train is equipped with an oil bath transmission allowing it to easily mix all types of products while improving reliability. This dough mixer’s drive train is specifically designed for pizza operations; it is able to mix a 75 lb. batch of dough with ease. The pizza mixer’s rigid cast iron body ensures years of mixer durability. The #12 attachment hub allows for this mixer to be used for everything from grating and slicing to grinding meats. This commercial mixer comes complete with a 60-quart stainless steel bowl, spiral dough hook and a bowl truck.
