This Globe meat slicer features an ideal food chute angle that holds product better and minimizes waste. The anodized aluminum construction of this food slicer is stain resistant, long lasting, and features seamless edges/radiused corners that are easy to clean. A top mounted all metal knife sharpener equipped on this Globe food slicer quickly returns a razor sharp edge to the 12” hollow ground knife. A knife cover interlock and permanently attached knife ring guard improves operator safety during cleaning. This meat slicer features both a manual and automatic setting making it perfect for bulk slicing for up to two hours!
