This Globe food slicer features a 10” hard chromed, hollow ground knife that lasts longer and sharpens easier. The anodized aluminum construction is stain resistant, long lasting, and easy to clean. Valuable kitchen counter space is saved due to this meat slicer's compact design, this slicer only measures 22.5"L x 20"W x 17.5"H. NOTE: This slicer is not recommended for slicing cheese, if you will be slicing large quantities of cheese please see our gear driven slicers.
