1/4 HP Compact Globe Slicer
This Globe food slicer features a 9” hard chromed, hollow ground knife that lasts longer and sharpens easier. The anodized aluminum construction of this commercial slicer is stain resistant, long lasting, and easy to clean. Valuable kitchen counter space is saved due to this meat slicer's compact design, this slicer only measures 17"x18"x 15". NOTE: This slicer is not recommended for slicing cheese, if you will be slicing large quantities of cheese please see our gear driven slicers.
