1/2 HP Premium Globe Slicer
This Globe slicer has the same great features of the 3600P...a powerful 1/2 HP motor, gear driven knife, open space base design, stainless steel construction, and precision slice thickness adjustment. Additional features of this 1/2 HP commercial slicer are a table lockout, a home position start, and an automatic shut off. Once the table is closed and the knife cover is removed, the table cannot be opened. The table fully covers the knife's cutting edge protecting the operator during cleaning. With the home position feature the food chute must be pulled to the position closest to the operator to start the slicer. This forces the operator to follow proper operating procedures. This Globe premium slicer also has an automatic shut off Slicer automatically shuts off after 10 seconds of no chute movement.
