This Globe commercial vegetable cutter features an ergonomic 45 degree angle hopper design that requires less pushing resulting in undamaged product. This commercial Globe cutter features the ideal plate speed of 340 RPMs allowing it to precisely cut vegetables, improve yields and extend product shelf life. All metal construction makes cleaning quick and easy. The unit's housing features a seamless design and it also features rounded corners so there are no crevices in which food can get caught. The hopper head and food pusher are easily removable without the use of tools making cleaning both quick and easy.This commercial vegetable cutter features an interlocked hopper head and food pusher to improve operator safety.
