1/2 HP Nine Speed Premium Globe Slicer
The Globe 3975P is an all stainless gear driven food slicer. Featuring a PreciseEdge 13" hard alloy steel knife for clean cuts and effortless slicing. A 1/2 HP, 7 amp gear driven knife provides more torque for slicing tough product like cheese. A precise thickness adjustment ensures consistency which improves product yield. An EZ-Glide adjustable table specifically designed to reduce surface friction results in a smooth slicing stroke. A knife cover interlock and permanently attached knife ring guard improve operator safety during cleaning, this unit also features 58% more base clearance for exceptional cleanability. The nine speeds are excellent for bulk slicing and are from 20 all the way to 60 strokes per minute. Additional features include a 3 lb. stainless steel end weight, full 45 degree gravity feed food chute, slice thickness from tissue thin up to 1 1/4" thick, and a cleaning brace. Since these food slicers are built to order please allow up to a week lead time before shipment.
