This gluten free baking system is designed for those who have Celiacs Sprue or Gluten Intolerance. The Bready bread machine addresses the cross contamination issue as well by mixing in a bag and baking in a separate system. This gluten free bread machine can be used for wheat breads as well, though primarily designed for gluten free use. The Bready system will provide moist gluten free breads made fresh in your home. No more hard, flavorless gluten free bread from the store! 

How Does Bready Work?

• First, scan the bread mix with the robotic control panel. It will then beep to let you know you can proceed.
• Then, attach the bag inside of the Bready bread machine and add liquids and yeast at this time.
• Put the bread pan in the Bready Machine.
• Shut the door.
• Push start.

The rest of the process is automatic. The Bready bread machine will then knead the dough inside the mix bag until it is finished, at which time the machine transfers it out of the bag and into the bread pan where the rising and baking takes place. The bag then rolls up on a roller to be tossed later after the bread is finished baking. During baking, you will have a chance to add a topping to the bread such as cheese or spices or score the top. The bread machine will beep when it is finished.

Key Things to Note:

1. There is no paddle to remove, so there is not a hole in the bottom of your loaf of bread.
2. You have to use the Bready Bread Mixes in this bread machine. It will not accept your own bread mixes. We recommend that you buy a few mixes with your initial purchase. However, 2 are included free (see above) to get you started.
3. This Gluten Free Bread Maker carries the CSA (Celiacs Sprue Association) seal of recognition.
