HB Coffee URn - This is a very good product. However, it should come with a coffee filter. The coffee goes through the basket and blocks immediately blocks ability to permit coffee to dispense. I would not recommend it unless there is a filter available. Without a filter, I have had some success with using a wet paper towel to serve as a filter. Louisa, Annandale, VA
